We are very proud to announce that after many months of hard work, Mainland Group of Companies has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification!
What is ISO 9001:2015 and why does it matter?
In an organization, checks and balances need to be in place, allowing for consistency and quality within the company. ISO (International Organization of Standardization) is the most widely known and internationally accepted standard for quality management.
By achieving this status, we are recognized for having a Quality Management System (QMS) in place that ensures our systems are documented, consistent, efficient and effective. Our QMS consists of a Manual, 12 Procedures, and 17 Documented Records and Forms. Once our QMS was implemented throughout the company, it was followed by a comprehensive external audit of our management and operating processes. We have successfully passed all of the requirements for certification.
With this certification, we will continue to strive towards continuous improvement by setting the bar of quality high. We will continue to develop our QMS and operating processes to conform to all ISO requirements which will be audited by a third party each year.
